It just pisses me off because I know Fennell likes to bring nasty, edgy, "I'm not afraid of porn" girl to her movies. But, look, WH is not porn. Not BDSM either. It's Brontë painting a picture of the enclosures of society, specially for women. It's a damned love tragedy. It's the root of goth.

I know Emerald Fennell wants to be disruptive but there's no good reason to name this Wuthering Heights when it's clearly not. Emily Brontë deserved more.
