After extending west with a field anchored to a portal at the edge of Ocala Forest, the enemy player in that region wasn't having it & went for its anchor portal in Deland. I have a better plan for today & she's not going to like how much effort it will take to counter it..

Enemy faction took down my field soon after linking to St. Francis trail. But it's ok. i'll walk there again...and again, and again, mindlessness like a zombie, like an alzheimer's patient visiting disneyland for the first time 210 times.

Decided i'm not going to overdue it this time and get back early. Just realized after making it into st francis trail that the trails pretty much go all the way to Ocala. Want to replan this before starting from this point next time.

The custom player icons i was giving Ingress players in replays are neat and all but i plan on using custom individual board pieces for the more static map to fit the 18/19th century war map feel. Blue for Resistance, Green for Enlightened.

By clearing off my desk, i meant i organized the program more tightly and created a clear separate between its ingress analysis functions, the layers for my new simulation, and the map tools i use for both.

I haven't started on it, but i spent all day figuratively pushing all the crap off my desk to make room for it.

Haven't hiked in too long. Think it's because i'm trying to catch up on building the basis of this year and the construction of something meaningful. I think i did enough to continue the walks again though.

My program has a direct connection to florida Ingress activity. Its live. I have complete awareness. Judgement Day has arrived. Also everyone is getting a custom icon.

I can import climate and subbiome layers into the program and do it all side by side with the Ingress layers.

Can't seem to pull myself away from the Ingress related functions of my program. I am wondering if I can incubate the beginnings of my aim within it. Create AI behavior for a nomadic group of humans on the same map that contains all the Ingress content. Would be amusing.

Set myself up for expanding west of Deland by key farming and creating a field over some areas I can leave me car for the hikes.

Need to get to work on turning this program into something meaningful. First i need to figure out population mechanics. A group of people will be a unit but will vary in size and will be able to roam nomadically. Only when certain conditions are achieved will they start setting.

Health issues have kept me down but i think that wave js over. Hoping to be back to my routine tomorrow.
