D2 Palate. Tannic and spicy as....Under-ripe Damson or Sloe berries. Mouth puckeringly drying...again, im picking up a very low peaty edge or is that the wine cask tannins playing tricks on my tongue?

D2: Nose . Straight away on first nosing, there is an overpowering hit of vinegar. Faded now on returning, strawberry strings, a very low peatiness perhaps too
