I put my son's paintings on coffee mugs and gave them to friends that came to his birthday as party favor. My niece came to visit and told me that one of her friends saw and would like to buy 2 of the paintings. I always feel a bit sad to see his paintings leave my home but these 2 have new homes

I don't know what it is about the morning after a powerful storm, where it's so silent outside, except a few chirping birds, everything in the house is asleep, nothing is on TV. I have time to sit in silence ... it just feels so peaceful!

My kids always would play and ask if they were my favorite. I have a boy and a girl so I always say "you're my favorite daughter" or son .. Today my daughter is being bossy and said ... "But I'm your favorite daughter" and I said "you are also my least favorite daughter" 😂. The love! 😂

Two days until a super long weekend with 5 friends that I've had for almost 50 years! It's funny how you can revert back to grade schoolers when you get around old friends.

Good morning! Have an amazing day! Drew and I went to a paint and wine last night and had a nice time. We have very different styles! I flubbed one of my flowers, needs some work but love the colors. I personally love how he did his!

I'm thinking of submitting an application for my son's art to be exhibited in one of our city centers. I think he'd get a kick out of it. He only has 6 that meet the criteria and 2 are Christmas themes. Not sure they want his style so It's a long shot but they are so darn cute!

I went through a low point, about 15 years ago, where I couldn't say anything nice about myself. I practiced "I am" statements daily and at some point, I began believing the good things I was saying about myself! What you believe, you can achieve!
"I Am" 2 very powerful words. What you say after "I Am," you will be!👑🕊️
