It's essentially a Sutherland modified with spare parts from the Lancelot along with some other experimental parts, making a sister unit, albeit lower-performance, to the Lancelot.

Now we hear that the victims weren’t using their vehicle as a weapon. (We, of course, KNEW that was a lie.)
