Gastrointestinal symptoms, such as nausea or vomiting, can be signs of #MultipleEndocrineNeoplasia type 1 (MEN1).

In case you needed a reminder of the not-so-predictable somatostatin receptor expression of lung NETs, here you have it...

Keep in mind that only 44% had uniformly positive SSTR expression and some have none at all like this patient.

Including patients in the development of their treatment plans pathway leads to better outcomes. Patients that are empowered and feel heard typically respond better!
