how is the US version of the Tenchi Universe dvd collection cheaper on japanese shopping sites than pretty much any western site..

I worked offline last night and something actually went well on the first try.. I promise I'm competent !!
My NTSC GameCube now outputs RGB natively over the standard multi-out port at 480p + HDMI as a bonus. Also upgraded the controller port battery with a battery holder and a BLUE led for fun
