The removal of affirmative action is now seeing institutional discourse being replaced with more fluid terms such as ‘opportunity’ and ‘access’, and is also snowballing into wider public and commercial firms
Meanwhile in Mississippi...

The Institutions of Higher Learning Board of Trustees, which oversees of public universities in the state, removed "diversity", "diverse", & "inclusive" from policy documents. This includes requirements to review diversity outcomes.
