I’ve been told that I wouldn’t know the house was on fire until it reached the book I’m currently reading. I’ve also been told that I can trip on painted lines on the floor. I detect no lies in either statement.
It's been on my mind for a while now - how did no one realize that I was neurodivergent?

It is NOT normal for a child to
1) start reading on their own at age 3
2) Read the Encyclopedia for FUN
3) Read the Dictionary for FUN

Question - I know I only have a handful of followers, but I'm wondering if any of you would be interested in my stories of growing up not knowing I was neurodivergent?

I've had quite the life and have often thought of writing an autobiography, but not sure if anyone would read it.

I’ve got the cover completed other than the design - working on that tonight. It’s hard to tell, but it’s a very light lilac. I have the end papers attached to the text block as well, but I won’t attach the text block to the cover until the design is on. My heat press can only fit the cover.

Going to try the new experimental thread here. Let’s see if I can as all of my bookbinding photos to this thread. If not, I’m going to delete this ‘thread’.

Here is a photo of my very first rebind - the journal that I did.

Just starting my bookbinding journey. I’ve rebound a leather journal that was falling apart (bonded fake leather sheets like nobody’s business), and two paperback books.

Here’s the second book that I did
