I live near Dearborn and Dearborn Heights, Michigan. A community with many wonderful immigrants and American-born citizens of middle eastern descent. That includes my doctor, dentist landlord, food stores, etc.
I wondered what i can do when ICE attacks my community.

Currently, if fed officials like ICE agents violate your constitutional rights, you can't sue for damages. A statute called the Universal Constitutional Remedies Act would fix that and we're seeing more states catching on. We were just in CA to support the state's own UCR bill: protdem.org/3ZeTwBi
