The craziest thing about this is that it wouldn't be Canada's first apperance in a Eurovision contest. They participated in Eurovision Young Dancers in 1987 and 1989.
🇨🇦 The Canadian government, in its 2025 budget released today, has stated it is “working with CBC/Radio Canada to explore participation in #Eurovision.”

All four provinces of Ireland have now had at least one Junior Eurovision representative. Not bad on our 10th anniversary.

What a finish to one of the greatest things to grace Irish television in the 21st century. RTÉ have hit it out of the park with #TraitorsIRL because they took something international and made it very Irish. I'm already looking forward to series 2!

The fact Oyin has everyone figured out but the Traitors never seem to see her as a threat is fascinating to me. I'm surprised Oyin hasn't said that she sees herself with the prize money yet tbh. #TraitorsIRL

It's sad that it has come to this but I completely stand behind RTÉ's decision. A country that wants to wipe an entire group of people from existence, runs a government-backed voting campaign and whose journalists harass others should not be in Eurovision.
