Finally got a new laptop and got back to writing. Decided to go ahead and start the editing process as I transfer everything over from my drive. Added a new chapter 1, and tightened up some of the story. Feeling good about the direction and pace. #writersky #writingcommunity #amwriting

Lifelong insomnia and a 20 year career as a tattoo artist has really done a number on me. I sleep about 4 hours a night and have for as long as I can remember. I used to spend all that extra time drinking, and now I spend it writing, drawing, crafting, or painting. It’s a double edged sword. 🤷🏻♂️

My #WIP is set in 1961, so I’ve been researching book covers from that era, and I really think I want to replicate that feel with my cover. I just love that pulpy art style and I think it fits the vibe of my story. #writersky #writingcommunity #amwriting
