Weekend project: Let’s mod my Dreamcast!
The optical drive is getting dodgy, the cmos battery is dead and it’s LOUD. I ended up not being able to swap the fan as it’s a very early hardware revision, but everything else went well! It’s now happily running off an sd card reader! Faster and quieter!

Weekend project: Let’s mod my Dreamcast!
