It's funny, but when I'm wearing my Product hat, my confidence feels unshakeable. I come off stage/out of podcasts like "nailed it, you're welcome."
When I'm in the weeds engineering, I come out like "OH GAWD DID I RAMBLE ABOUT SOMETHING IN RESPONSE TO AN OFFHAND COMMENT AGAIN"

This could change the course of personal agent development. It also feels like a dumb move from Amazon. Shopify is leaning into the curve. Amazon could end up scrambling to catch up to AgentCommerce like Walmart did after eCommerce took off.
