A new and deeper analysis of Finland's basic income experiment has found that poor mental health was 33% lower (8 points) in the basic income group, whose only difference from the control group was UNCONDITIONALITY. Both groups got the same amount of monthly cash.

It's absolutely 100% immoral and even illegal for Trump to stop SNAP and increase hunger for 42 million Americans, but it's a reminder how weak a poverty-targeted program can be. There is strength in universality. If every single Trump voter got SNAP, there's no way Trump would stop it. We need UBI.

Our government-run education is good for grooming folks for universities, but it slows most folks down.
Then those who go to the universities often end up not making enough and ask for student debt relief.
Welfare incentives are bad too, and UBI would be an improvement over what we currently have.
