Went to the market in the local town (Sitia) and stocked up on broccoli, and broad and french beans. But I overdid it by buying leeks too. I ate one of them but chopped up the rest to turn into fermented vegetables. As you can see, they filled up two very large jars. 😂

The amount of time I spend hammering it in the gym is roughly equivalent to the amount of extra sleep I get as a result. If I don't do anything physically hard for a few days, sleep is 7 hours. After a 2 hour gym session it goes up to 9 - 10 hours. I'm taking this as a win, though it might not be. 😐

Another thought on AI: do the fears about AI stem from the same zero-sum thinking that enables socialists and environmentalists to have their inequities to shout about?

Another thought on AI: do the fears about AI stem from the same zero-sum thinking that enables socialists and environmentalists to have their inequities to shout about?
Taxes & regulation cut profit for growth. Bring in AI for efficiency, profits increase enabling these. Some people will have to go, or retrain, but growth opens more roles. AI taking jobs applies to companies with limited horizons that want to lock down where they are.
