This afternoon, we hosted a webinar to launch new research from @tcddublin.bsky.social exploring the scale & impact of physical disability in people experiencing homelessness in Ireland.

We funded the research under our 2023-24 Research Promotion Scheme.

We have published our 2023 report on compliance with Part 5 of Disability Act 2005. Part 5 requires that a minimum of 3% of all public sector employees are disabled people.

4.1% of public sector employees reported a disability in 2023.

We led out on Action 1 of the Autism Innovation Strategy by synthesising existing data on public attitudes towards autism in Ireland.

Report findings say awareness has increased, but deeper understanding and inclusive practices remain urgent priorities.
