Norway isn’t Communist. economy is predominantly capitalist. Private ownership dominates and Norway ranks highly in economic freedom index. Its government is a constitutional monarchy with a parliament, and while the labor party does have influence, even they operate within a capitalist framework

Nicaragua went socialist in 1979. By 1985 their GDP shrunk by 25% and inflation reached 33,603% by 1988. In 1991, they pivoted to privatizing industries to which they saw a GDP growth of 3.4% and inflation fell below 6% by 2017

Communism’s war on private property ensures that no family can ever rise above dependence on the state. The generational wealth from homeownership, must be eradicated from the communist/socialist perspective.
