We're two weeks away from our first-ever NCMA Student Short-Film Festival on February 28!

The Festival will feature 21 films spanning genres from comedy to horror to romance, with 18 of the films coming from North Carolina colleges.

North Carolina artist John Biggers was born and raised in Gastonia and was one of the first African American artists to spend a significant amount of time in Africa.

"Number 235," created by Leonardo Drew, is a large-scale wooden sculpture resembling the stump and roots of a tree. Drew is a contemporary American artist known for his abstract sculptures using materials he intentionally weathers, burns, or causes to rust/decay.
