GU Leicester line, between bridge 45 and Husbands Bosworth tunnel. Large tree completely blocking navigation. CRT has been notified. It's too big even for our chainsaw.

It's definitely not the start we wanted to our 2025 cruising. Twenty minutes in, and held up for three hours. Huge thanks to Mark from RCR, who probably had the worst job to start his year 🥶

Quite sad that we're leaving what will probably be our last isolated mooring of the year. But on the flip side, we have plenty of opportunities to catch up with friends and family ahead of us this month, so we are looking forward to that 🎄
