El Tri can fire Vasco tomorrow and add a new manager like Jardine, and the change will be immediate. That’s the nature of El Tri. I don’t see how this improves with Aguirre in charged.

No matter what the outcome is during tonight's friendly against Paraguay, the emergence of Gil Mora is the best thing that happened to Mexican football in 2025.

It will be the right ending to see Vasco, the coach that couldn’t beat the USMNT in a WC knockout round in 2002, be the coach to lead El Tri to a WC group stage exit in 2026. This is looking pretty bad.

Morita is literally the guy that makes everyone play. If El Tri has a chance to make it out of the group stage, it will be mainly because of him.

Chucky Lozano, at best, will be a bench option in the WC, and if his spot can be taken by someone like Hormiga, I think Chucky won’t be in the WC. Vasco gave him proper minutes, and no show from him.

This Messi Barça return will be one of the coolest developments in the next months. I do feel for the good of the sport, it will be fantastic to have at least one full season of Messi at Barça before he retires. It doesn't matter what the end result will be.

The reality is that Santi Gimenez has only been good at modeling El Tri's jerseys bc on the field he's been very poor. He's not at that level he was in those early days at Feyenoord, and I don't know if we'll ever see that version again. #ElTrieng

Reading that the WC rosters might go up to 30 players. I think that that change will increment the number of U-23 players in Mexico's roster. That's good for all parts involved. #ElTrieng
