Grantee Nähtamatud Loomad (Invisible Animals Estonia) is a powerful, persistent voice for animals in Estonia. They recently presented “100 influential voices for animals" to the Minister of Agriculture, signaling that 100 experts and opinion leaders support a ban on caging hens.

Congratulations to our grantee partner Animal Enterprise Transparency Project on their massive legislative victory. The Slovenian parliament has banned cages for egg-laying hens and the castration of piglets w/o anesthesia –– set to be phased out by 2029 and 2026, respectively.

Cutting CO2 is essential, but it’s not enough to avert climate catastrophe. The Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (IGSD) is combining the marathon to net-zero CO2 with the sprint to rapidly cut non-CO2 climate pollutants. We’re proud to support the race.
