Happy New Years! One thing I always loved about Gintoki as a protagonist is that he already went through his typical shounen manga hero journey and ultimately failed, but he continues to live on anyways and find new beginnings despite all that.

You need to get rid of it", Kondo is holding the cat!Zura and is saying "NO! kuro-chan would never do that! you're just saying thet bc you're jealous" to which Hijikata immediately jumps in to yell "WHAT! NO!I'm not jealous of a fucking cat!" to which confused Kondo says "what. Toshi, i meant to say you're jealous kuro-chan likes me more than you" Hijikata is like "o..oh..." Kondo is trying to ask "what did you think i was going to say" but Hijikata turns away and says he has to go. This is very awkward for everyone.
