Finally finished my German battalion HQ base in 15mm for 'O' Group, using Peter Pig figures and lots of scratch-building.

I've just been listening to the Telegraph's excellent podcast, Ukraine the Latest (7 Jan) featuring an interview with General the Lord Dannatt. There was a suggestion that he never made CDS because of his forthright criticism of Iraq. He made a strong case for increased defence spending now.

Here is a model I made of HMS Queen Elizabeth. It started off as a commercial resin model but there were so many inaccuracies and so little detail that I ended up scratch building or re-shaping everything. Scale is 1:1250 so the model is 227 mm long, the F35Bs are 12.5 mm. #hmsqueenelizabeth
