I had some bad news for an employee today. So I took him out to breakfast and lunch and we talked through it. He took it great. Really matters to people to take time and listen, even with bad news.

It’s funny I mean… from a strict numbers perspective it often costs a little more & it’s a little more wonky usually.
But the quality of life improvement is so huge. My accountant is this cool friend I get to catch up with on a schedule and do a little business with.
Just love the whole thing.
