I had written this one off as a standard 90s action movie, and honestly, I was wrong. This is an amazing film with a camp sensibility, and pulls off some absolutely batshit scenes with a completely straight face!

Found this in a dvd dollar bin, and had to grab it. This movie apparently has two North American releases: a standard old school dvd, and a recent 4k release with some pretty terrible AI “enhancements”. I may have stumbled upon the best possible version of this movie!🍿

So after a week of consistently rainy and coolish weather, I feel like can officially declare that fall is here. Thank goodness it’s finally sweater weather. Im going to slightly miss summer vibes, but I’m definitely not going to miss the heat.

The old school made for TV miniseries, directed by none other than the legendary Tobe Hooper. This one starts a little slow, but once it gets going it’s excellent!
