If something in today’s sermon moves you or helps you love God and neighbor better, tell the preacher. And, be specific.
“Good job, today!” is nice, but can feel like an assessment.
“I love Jesus more b/c you helped me see _______…” is balm to the anxious and (sometimes) weary preacher’s heart.
