When you wanna wear the cute shoes but you know your hypermobility and this storm will have you hobbling around the butterfly biome so orthopedic shoes it is. Sigh.

Working on quilt patterns has just enough math that it stops my brain from jumping into panic topics…which are many these days.

My pattern, Hopelessly Devoted, is a little twist on the classic “trip around the world” block that adds a contrasting ombré sashing to create some modern visual nuance.

I run a little online quilt pattern shop called Whipple House Quilting (whipplehousequilting.com). This pattern, Ursa Major, will be my first release of the year. Hopefully in March.
