New development creates additional needs, like new infrastructure to accommodate increased traffic. Currently developers have no responsibility to help offsets those tax payer costs. We need to institute impact fees so, developers pay their fair share.

Prices are out of control. Costs continue to rise
while wages don’t. Someone working 40 hours a week should be able to afford the necessities of life. Yet the minimum wage is only $7.25 and hasn’t been raised since 2009.
