Esperaría que una #alerta de Protecció Civil hiciera referencia a una acción inmediata y totalmente urgente ("¡fuga química en su ciudad, enciérrese en casa ahora!"), y no me pegara un sustaco con 12 horas de antelación cuando este mensaje bien podría haber sido un SMS o email.
