Alien draws weird thing
"A rolling stone gathers no moss, and a walking corpse, no rot."

If there is no spoon then you need to turn around and do dishes probably.

I catastrophically messed up what was going to be a tattoo on the thigh. Reference image was some AI slop I found on the undead Internet.

It's been about ten months (sorry) since I've made any art to post here, but I'm glad to finally have made art again. I have spent the intervening time mostly working on learning the GzDoom engine in the Hope I might one day indie dev a game, as is my dream... and hibernating 😅

I am still alive. Things got weird. Hopefully I'll be posting art again soon.

It is incredibly hard to stay motivated to make art. I haven't been able to lately.

A memorial to two smol animal friends I knew for a long time. They were the most goodest.

From a while ago, back when my idea for a graphic novel was a little more anime-like. Was trying stuff with neon sharpies that are fluorescent under blacklight. These are not edited other than being cropped.

Deep within the oldest sectors of the Tower, the Engineer continues to tinker. He did not make the Tower directly, but he is the grandfather of the dreaded machines that did. His dark purpose now complete, he hides from his malevolent mechanical children in obsolescence, wishing to forget.

While her sensibilities are from an age long before their invention,
Hope knows deep in her non-existent heart that the irony of turning these new so-called "necromechanical" weapons against their undead inventors would bring her satisfaction, were she still living.

Heaven forbid I actually try to draw actual humans.

Actually it was the decade-old coolant system leaking into the graphics card in my logic engine that was the culprit. You will be missed, Compy.

A thing I made for a good friend of mine who goes by "JRoad" in his art. I wish he did more art. He used to draw on blank shipping labels and I would stick those on my sketchbooks. I like decorating the covers with other artists'work.

Today the device designated "RTX 2060" in the logic engine on my desk did too much math at once and burned itself out. Thankfully this will incur no impact to my renderings, as my process involves taking a photo with the broken camera on my glowing rectangle and deep-frying the image with filters.

"I used to be like you; full of life, a sense of self-preservation, caring about the effective radius of my explosives..."

Same character, opposite seriousness factor.

I didn't mean to draw a Warhammer 40k techpriest but I totally drew a Warhammer 40k techpriest.

Classical architecture made by humans. They sure liked to be fancy.

When nobody is around, they descend to maintain the deeply-buried unknowable mechanisms of the planet. When somebody is around, they simply watch from unseen places, waiting for any intruders to expire... One way or another.

Some kind of clanking clanker machine idk.

Self portrait, circa 2021

I keep the skulls in my cranial jar for tax purposes and they were ethically sourced, pay them no mind.

I guess I should draw more dogs....
June 10, 2024 at 12:08 AM
Doggo time.

The labyrinthian machine catacombs have yet to be fully mapped out, partially because of the scale and partially because they do not want to be.
