Hosting our last meeting of 2024 this morning, discussing the 'Value & recognition in the deep mid-winter' based around Maslow's hierarchy of needs. We're joined by colleagues from Barnsley, Nottingham, NHS Ayrshire & Arran, Birmingham Women's Hospital, all sharing best practice in their orgs 🌷
