Driving home naked from tonight's OMEN dance party was a little more exciting that usual - I got naked in the car and took the picture, then discovered that I needed to charge on the way home thanks to all the rain we've been having.

There's a frost advisory out for tonight, so it's time to put away the irrigation timer and hoses for the season. I have a longer feed hose and some short extensions for the irrigation lines so I can put the timer up higher where it's more accessible next year...

It's too chilly and rainy to go up to Portland for the Emergency Naked Bike Ride today, but can deal with it long enough to add my support for No Kings in America...

I had some flying planters on that crossbar back there, with some azaleas to try to provide some screening before the grapes grew up and shaded them out. They were causing the support post to sink, so I had them removed today.

While in Palm Springs, a couple friends and I went up to Idyllwild; on the way back, we stopped at a vista point that was hidden from the road with no one around, so J and I took the opportunity to shed our clothes and enjoy the space comfortably...

I mentioned to my yard guy that the reason for the privacy concerns in the backyard was I don't normally wear clothes, so when he was just here to repot some pitcher plants after he broke the pot they were in, he called me rather than knocking on the door 😉

While I was on my road trip, I had a yard maintenance crew clean out the jungle taking over my backyard. To be honest, I rather liked some aspects of it, but now we'll try to recreate it in a little more controlled fashion...
