I am a trans man trapped in a refugee camp, fighting every day to exist in a world that refuses to see me. Safety is never guaranteed, and being myself comes at a cost. I dream of a life where I can live without fear. Please help me get my freedom
I'm a trans refugee in a camp in South Sudan. I've been attacked and beaten because of my gender identity. Bruised and broken, I'm struggling to survive.

Please, don't ignore my cry for help. Stand with me against hatred and violence. Help me find safety, support, and solidarity.

@lgbtkakuma2block11.bsky.social Its a new day to remind you about my situation here in the camp which has become more terrible than before. The out break of a war in the nearby town has put our lives as The LGBTQ on risk of death. We stay in fear but despite that there is even no food and shelter.

Surviving each day is a challenge. I struggle to find food, shelter, and safety. Many people refuse to help me because of who I am. The isolation and constant fear are overwhelming.Connections to LGBTQ+ organizations that can support me in finding safety and resources.

to find work, secure housing, or access medical care.
I have no access to the healthcare I
desperately need, including hormone therapy or basic medical treatment. Many hospitals and clinics refuse to treat people like me, and I can not afford private care. Without medication,

The Reality of My Life in South Sudan as a Trans Refugee

In South Sudan, being LGBTQ+ is not just frowned upon it is dangerous. I live in constant fear of being attacked, harassed, or even arrested simply for being who I am. The discrimination I face makes it nearly impossible
