Today was his birthday. His suicide anniversary only weeks away. He chose death because he couldn't live in a world that believed he could sexual assault a child. He could handle being accused a wife beater, he admited he hit his ex once. But child predator was just not a label he could accept. RIP

The house #adopted these two cuties last weekend. We opted to name them Mars & Apollo. (Mars was originally named Michael Jackson, but I just couldn't let him keep it.) Sadly, they had some sort of cough, so they are in #quarantine until Monday. This week is going to be #chaos.

Currently healing from my cardiac catheterization yesterday. The right arm is still very sore all the way to the shoulder; the left arm is covered in bruises from the failed IVs. I don't feel comfortable driving because my arms aren't reliable. Don't mind me, just trying to give myself some grace.

I got to wondering, if you want to work past 65, maybe that's why they made politics, because apparently that is the only place ageism isn't able to overcome the "I think I voted for them last time" mentality. Because what they stand for doesn't apparently matter.

This weekend my socially adopted sister #meets her #biologicalmother for her second time (she doesn’t exactly remember her birth). I’m traveling with to help support them both and finish the job I started right before COVID of trying to find her mom for her.
A #job well #done, in my opinion.
