The right-wingers have been trying to use the AI-enhanced ones as a way to dismiss visual evidence, so I've been asking everyone I see using AI-cleaned stills to use the original blurry ones. They're clear enough.

Check with your primary care doctor. Mine decided that, since I'm already on a bunch of shit for epilepsy, chucking Depakote on top wasn't going to rock the boat too much, as long as we kept up with blood testing. It's worked fine *for me* WRT mood swings.

Yours may have a different take.

WA is pulling the "driver's license/ID required to view online adult content" shit other states are pushing. app.leg.wa.gov/pbc/bill/2112

Sent my complaint. WA folks, get in on this and tell them we don't need this shit here
Washington State residents: they’re trying to pull online age verification bullshittery here too. This bill would require people to upload their ID/credit card to view online adult content. You can complain to your reps here: app.leg.wa.gov/pbc/bill/2112

RPM has always been a goddamn nightmare. I think Fedora's like RHEL, where it has the built-in Fedora repos, but you have to add in FOSS/Non-FOSS repos to fully fix the dependency nightmare.

Well, New Year's on #ChilloutVR was hilarious. (This was not a bug, just devs making everyone in the instance display a DEV plate for shits and giggles.)

Happy New Year's!

Happy New Year's Eve! I'll be chilling out in #ChilloutVR all day. Hope to see you there!

I've been asked to comment on ChilloutVR and PoligonVR drama.

I like to maintain professional relationships with places I've previously worked, and with competitors. It keeps competition clean, fair, and friendly, as competition should be.

I will not be commenting on any ongoing drama. Thank you.

Yosh is finally getting a break from the holiday retail nightmare, and it sounds like her transfer to another store was approved.

Be nice to retail people. They go through Hell for your Captain Crunch, especially on the Holiday season.

Watching CNN trying and failing to pronounce "Skagit" was a treat. With all the other funny local names (Puyallup, Sequim, Snohomish, Stillaguamish...), though, it makes me begin to think Washington State is the US' version of the Welsh.

Good morning. Washington is flooding. Lots of people are going to lose their homes. I know there are assholes handwaving it because Washington is always moist, but the Skagit cresting at 11ft above flood stage is serious shit.

I'm safe, but if you're in WA, please be safe and heed warnings.

People who say we don't need brick-and-mortar hardware stores anymore have never gone to @acehardware with an obscure, unmarked faucet aerator, shown it to an ancient guy in the back, and walked out with the perfect replacement.

In my never-ending quest of sticking metaphorical forks into gamified electrical outlets, I've started dissecting Roblox cheats out of boredom.

The number of RATs and infostealers in these scripts is absolutely hilarious.

(No, I don't plan on getting hired there.)
