My husband and I run a game store and after all the tariff announcements, he decided to write out kind of a "behind the scenes" of how we spend and spill it out for people who don't understand. He's had so many reactions and shares I wanted to bring it here, too.

A while ago, I tried to do a green and gold dirty pour that just came out weird. I went out on a limb, painted it hot pink and called it "Pretty (Orc) in Pink." It sat there for probably two years, admired, but left behind. (1/2)

So sometimes dice don't do what you want. I wanted rainbow bloops! Instead it looks like a crayola box vomited up some dice, at least to me.

This is the most prepared for a game I've ever been. I owe so much of it to our community of ttrpg creators. From handmade mugs to a custom mini to custom coasters to my own dice made with the advice of many other dicemakers, there is so much goodness wrapped up in one photo.

This community rocks!

In honor of leap day, I searched my photos for "frog." What came up was this, a Valentine's Day frog that my dad got for me when I was going through a rough patch. It made me so happy. I hope it makes you happy too!

(I do still have the frog over a decade later. The candy is long gone)
