Author of award winning graphic novel, Catalogue Baby: A Memoir of (In)fertility. Currently writing its follow-up, Stick, Stay, Grow. Mom of twins, artist, eclectic human.
Just when I thought I'd done all the editing that could be done on Stick, Stay, Grow, more feedback came in that made me go back to chop chop chop, refine, refine, refine. SIGH!!!

At least I got to do some of that work basking in the sun, surrounded by nature, my kids kept occupied by besties.

Ep. 3 of Stick, Stay, Grow is on Webtoon!
I struggled with using an egg donor as my only way forward to a successful pregnancy. My counsellor gave me some great advice + along with research into epigenetics, I finally came to terms with it.

Amongst all the things I'm doing, I'm also working on the French translation of my first graphic memoir, Catalogue Baby 😊! Some pages were flattened (😮) files with hand drawn letters that had to be manually erased + replaced.

Proud of this challenging one to transform! Thank goodness for Photoshop.

Editing Stick, Stay, Grow, my graphic memoir, can be hard! Whether it's in its manuscript phase or being coloured, sometimes pages have to evolve. The prologue had a doozy of a recommended change. Let me know if the 4th pass is better than the rest (keep in mind the art is still a work in progress)?

I've started redabbling in the fabric art pieces I was doing a few years back. Here's the first one I made in many a moon. Very satisfying feeling the contrasting textures and sheens of the sequins and other fabrics. I love how it turned out and want to do more (commission anyone 😃?)!

Oh the agony of trying to write an opening post on a brand new feed! What do you do when your ADHD, kinda PDA brain is put on the spot to come up with something Pithywittycharmingsmartengaging right here right now? Seriously. Executive functioning shutdown in 10, 9, 8... oh look! A squirrel!
