According to Vísir, Björk donated 400,000kr (2,900$) to Jón Gnarr's self-funded presidential campaign. Gnarr, husband of Jóga, comedian and drag queen, finished 4th in the June elections with center-left party Besti flokkurinn, which promotes social-democratic and anarchist ideals.
