As I watched our Presidents final address I was prepared for tears but I didn’t cry, though I was overwhelmed with sorrow. What I saw and heard was a call that we can not ignore. He has done his part, well I might add, and the baton is in our hands now. Will we live up to it, I hope so.

Dry January thoughts day 12…doing fine; drinking a lot of coffee; sugar cravings are pretty intense; the nasty news moments aren’t helping, but I’m not giving up. I know, I picked one hell of a time to do this. Physically feel great, emotionally mediumish. I’m proud of me👏👏👏

Having a convict become President is making the rest of the world wonder wtf is wrong with us and they’re not wrong. A felon, also a dementing narcissist, with access to the nuclear codes is terrifying.
