Ahead of Remembrance Day, the Newbury Library has been painted in red to honour the fallen.
Beginning in June, members of the Legion and friends joined together to crochet poppies, with an initial goal of 500. Their dedication and community spirit resulted in more than 1,500 handmade poppies.

Recently, the Ilderton Agricultural Association hosted a cooking class and pumpkin painting for local children. The participants painted custom pumpkins for different businesses in Ilderton, and the Ilderton Library was lucky to receive two pumpkins with the theme “ghost stories”.
