I went grocery shopping too early yesterday, and the meat department didn’t have any steaks cut and out yet. Said they’d cut me one, I said I’m smoking so you can go a touch thick. Come back in 5, it’ll be sitting on the counter.
Well, woof, it was 2.5”+ thick.

My sister took my dogs as I’ve been working too much and the house is so empty. I’m behind on all the house things right now. Tomorrow is a mixed bag of whatever feelings. I still have to do my time sheet which I didn’t have time to do today and plan out my crew and work for tomorrow. Bleh.

My super is gone today on vacation until next Friday. Worst time for that, but he deserves it and I’ll manage. I’m left to figure out my day to day, which I kinda do already, but biggest issue is I lose my backboard. Sometimes I just need someone else to bounce ideas off of so I don’t feel crazy.
