As Applebaum writes about Witkoff selling Ukraine down the river: “He is prolonging the conflict..His call to Ushakov was not a normal negotiating tactic. Every time he intervenes, advocating for Putin’s positions, he encourages the Russians to think they can get Trump on their side & win the war.”

Naturally, the WH criminal and his inept Pentagon lackey, Hegseth, are using the shooting in Washington, which was apparently the work of a lone individual, as an excuse to deploy 500 additional troops in DC. Pointless and total political theater.

Everyone should read this Friedman column. It spells out why the WH criminal’s “peace” plan for Ukraine is a complete sellout & a total disgrace. Trump and his enablers will go down in history as the modern day Neville Chamberlin. Ukraine MUST reject the proposal!!

This article by Anne Applebaum offers a compelling analysis of why the new peace plan is a disaster for Ukraine and the West and must be rejected. It is the perfect prelude to a future war that could involve NATO.

Trump’s hard-sell Ukraine deal is realpolitik on steroids

Ignatius identifies many reasons why Ukraine should not accept the Trump peace plan. There is another reason: the likelihood that there are secret US-Russian business deals, undoubtedly benefiting Trump. It’s a BAD deal; it MUST be rejected.

MTG has announced that she is resigning from Congress. Didn’t see that coming. Cracks are definitely showing in MAGA world, which is long overdue and definitely a good thing.

The U.S. plan for ending Russia’s aggressive war against Ukraine is ill-conceived and a near-total capitulation to the war criminal, Vladimir Putin. Ukraine cannot and must not agree to it. Not only is it highly disadvantageous to them, but it is unlikely that Putin will honor it.

William Kristol, a former conservative Republican, wrote today: “We have a president in panic surrounded by weaklings who will submit to his diktats and sycophants happy to egg him on. And so we enter a period more dangerous than the last months of Nixon.”

White House defends Trump calling female reporter ‘Piggy’

Karoline Leavitt, who is always prepared to lie and prevaricate on behalf of her fascist boss, tries to defend the indefensible. His comment was not “frank”; it was disgusting, sexist, and misogynistic. Full stop.

In response to the WH criminal’s threat to arrest & execute members of Congress who correctly stated that the military can & should refuse to carry out illegal orders: “Every American must unite & condemn the President’s calls for our murder and political violence. This is a time for moral clarity.”

It is a travesty that the nation’s health policy on important matters such as this are now driven by the extreme views of a crackpot former heroin addict who eats roadkill & has zero scientific background.

This is an interesting and plausible analysis that is well worth reading. I still worry that they will find—or may already have found—ways to destroy or bury incriminating evidence.

Well, he did it. Trump signed the bill to release the Epstein files tonight. The question everyone’s asking is whether he can still find a way out of this. Here’s why the answer is probably no....

Now that the WH criminal has signed the file release bill, the real danger is that there will (or may already) be an active effort to delete or destroy all evidence, including photos, that incriminates him. This would be the equivalent of the infamous “18 1/2 minute gap” in Nixon’s Oval Office tape.
November 20, 2025 at 4:05 AM
There is now a growing suspicion that the WH criminal’s reversal on the Epstein files may just be a smokescreen. By ordering his lackey, AG Bondi, to investigate Democrats, they can seal the files and prevent their release, thereby thwarting the will of Congress. Stay tuned…

The criminal in the WH has suddenly reversed course on releasing the Epstein files. Why? Is he just caving to political realities (TACO), or is it possible that he ordered his lackey, Pam Bondi, to purge the file of all references to Epstein’s former “best friend”?

There now appears to be serious doubt whether the recent “Truth Social” post in which Trump appeared to justify pedophilia was real. It was re-posted widely, but it may have been doctored or fabricated. Much as I loathe the current president, I do not wish to be associated with misinformation.
November 16, 2025 at 1:22 PM
Today, the immoral criminal in the WH actually posted these exact words: “All that stuff with Epstein was a long time ago!…Besides 14 is old enough to make your own decisions!!” FOURTEEN??? This appears to be a self-admission that pedophilia is okay. Resign or impeach & convict.

Krugman tells the truth about the Heritage Foundation, which also was responsible for producing the Project 2025 that the criminal president claimed he knew nothing about but is now well on the way to implementing.

One question is how did Epstein go from a failed & fired prep school math teacher to a multimillionaire with his own private island & jet? Who bankrolled him? It may have been the Russians, who obtained copies of the incriminating videos that Epstein kept on all the VIPs who abused young girls.

Paul Krugman: “…the turn against Trump is a backlash against his attempts to gaslight the public about the true state of the economy…They’re just flat-out lies. Democrats should hammer those lies as proof that Trump is utterly dishonest…and completely out of touch with the reality of American life.”

Trump’s incoherent foreign policy defies explanation

It is highly damaging to the standing of the US that the ignorant criminal president relies on the biased and dishonest reporting of “Fox News.” As Max Boot notes, “he seems to make decisions based on a whim, often driven by disinformation.”
