i always thought of myself as being overly empathetic (neutral trait) due to the way im like hyper empathetic to my loved ones but the older i get i think i have less than one really should for strangers. i think its part of the reason i struggle to really comprehend combat sports sometimes

im trying really hard to reign in the insanity while literally begging for mercy online its really hard cuz i don't feel good so i'm struggling to eat enough to take my lithium which i take specifically to suppress the rage episodes
