Btw October was my 2 year mark of working out!

Black shorts were when I started, blue was from today's post push day.

New apartment, new haircut, new job, (generally) happier & healthier, and definitely thicker and stronger. 💪🏿🐻

And better lighting!

Gonna sound pretentious but stick with me:
I fear I've gymed too hard and now on dating profiles the first comment I get is on my body and then it gets too sexual too quick, or they have no follow up and are dry texters. Mind you, maybe 2/6 pics are me shirtless or flexing.

Ive been wanting to switch gyms for a minute but the number of thick beefy guys at this keeps increasing by like, 2 a week.

Where are they coming from and why are they not overtly queer so that I can have a proper gym crush😭

Hit 315 for 2 on my squats AND almost got to 10 minutes in the stairs at 5 speed (I wad dying around 5 minutes about 3 weeks ago).

My lefy knee has been giving me trouble so I have been super cautious and taking it slow. So glad I did ☺️ now time to work on for and hit my goal of 315x3!

Ive been getting alot of compliments on my arms lately and the word beefy has been used multiple times by dudes like 2 times my size 😳
Ig I can finally admit adding an arm & Cardio day worked in my favor. Might switch it up and do a chest & Cardio next month.

One of the best push days I've had in a minute. Was feeling extra beefy so I actually flexed IN the gym rather than the comfort of my home 😂.

Might delete later, this month ive been in a different city every week and its hard to be consistent. Today was the 1st day back in the gym in a week and a half, and man... I really hate how much it helped me feel better 😂 lol them people were right.

Push day today sucked, I think my set up was wrong my triceps got overworked....

I finally managed to make this protein packed stroganoff tho. Cottage cheese isn't that bad when you season it well and add actual cheese!

Since I moved so much at my 2nd job I was hesitant to go hard on leg days recently. Since I put in my 2 weeks yesterday I figured I can start ramping it up again.

Set a few PRs too.

Damn I do miss having a personal trainer. I hold back a small bit when I exercise because I am very cautious of bad injuries, and im too nervous to record myself to check for. Hopefully next year or 2 I can afford one again.

Plus some of y'all have good friendships with yours 😭

Got my Factor Meals today. Tried the 1st one, not bad with some salt pepper and garlic powder.

Have also started tracking calories again. I typically do slightly rough estimates on certain things so its probably less protein than what's actually listed and slightly more calories.

More thoughts:
I've set 2 separate goals:

October is my 2 year mark of exercising consistently so I wanna hit those 315s by then. Also added getting to 205 on incline bench.

By end of year is when I wanna do the pull up & dip. Im pretty close with the dips, so i think thats good progress!
Think ive finally set on some fitness goals for 2025:

-DL to 315
-Back Squat 315
-Stairs for 10 minutes nonstop
-Streches are relatively pain free
- 1 unassisted pull-up
- 1 unassisted dip
-Maintain 240-250lbs

Getting back into my 4-5 days swing. Also trying a few new things like Factor Meals and the Hevy app.
Going to try to push myself ove the next 30 days or so since my birthday is next month.

Since I've moved here ive had horrible luck finding a consistent barber. So im taking it as a sign to delve into changing up my look. Kinda nervous cuz im horrible with haircare, but im gonna try to grow out my hair the next 6 months so that I can eventually work up to a frohawk.

Quick rant: unless "i wanna meet you" or "let's hang out" followed by an immediate, "when are you generally available"... it does nothing for me.

Have had 0 energy these last 2 weeks. Lot of (good)work things, lot of worrying about finances...
Dragged myself to the gym today and did a leg day. Proud of myself for giving grace to me and instead of wrapping up early, I chose to focus on form for my squats, and really dig into everything else!
