Does anyone actually trust the figures on inflation and labour rates coming out of the US at the moment? I have no trust I am afraid.... the figures are just too convenient for Trumpism and seem very far removed from the destruction being wrecked the US and global economy....

Any guesses on why no-one told Trump that tariffs on Heard and McDonald Islands are unlikely to yield results? Perhaps fear? Or maybe the boys need a few more years in school - perhaps some lessons in economic geography might help? Another self imposed hit to US hegemony..... evaporating with speed
