Multnomah County and community partners celebrated the grand reopening of the Community Reaps Our Produce and Shares Farm, also known as CROPS, on Wednesday.

In recent years, local utility rates have gone up by nearly 50%, while the amount of funding allocated for assistance has remained fixed. Thanks to MultCo staff & local advocacy groups, House Bill 3792 was recently passed, doubling funding for low-income electricity assistance!
