December 7th a day that will live in INFAMY! Are kids today not being taught about this day? Or even anything about WWII? My father served with Draper Kauffmann and was one of the UDT young men that were NOT trained at the fort. So he’s not in the “official” book, he trained in Hawaii & Australia.

My husband is a Viet Nam vet. He was a Forward Observer. When he came back from the war he was assigned to the death detail. He didn’t shirk his duties he FOUGHT for our FREEDOM! Trump is a coward his daddy bailed him out SIX times so he didn’t have to fight. COWARD COWARD COWARD

These are my “boys”. I met my husband when I was 47. Too late for me to have human kids. They are from the same litter. Zorro mostly called Zo is the black cat. Feisty is our ginger he is not a Scottish fold. We found out the hard way that he’s allergic to ear mites.

Oh and I’m also a Pagan and I respect others choices of who or what the follow. I was raised by an Episcopalian mom and an Agnostic dad. Not one of the five of us stayed Episcopalian. Two of my siblings follow Christianity, one is a Buddhist and one is an Atheist so yeah I’m more tolerant. 🙂

Just had to do my first block.

I first read the book To Kill a Mockingbird when I was ten. I loved it and of course emphasized with Scout,Jem & Dill. I’ve read it every year since then and still learn from it. I’m in my sixth decade of life now and still learning and critically thinking. My parents knew what they were doing. 🙂

Just an FYI about me. I don’t usually do a lot of political stuff but the debacle of this election has me concerned and commenting more. Also I can’t just sit and watch TV I’m usually doing at least two other things at the same time, digital jigsaw puzzles or crocheting or even reading on my Kindle.

Is something going on in the Cosmos my left eyelid keeps twitching it’s maddening!
