Ok, I've given it a lot of thought and the opposite of "easy peasy lemon squeezey" is "difficile, pas facile, pamplemousse."

Nobody talks about the fact that 50% of Henry the 8th wives were Catherines. Of the 33% of beheaded wives, only one wife was a Catherine.
I woke up at 2am and couldn't go back to sleep then worked a full day. These are my thoughts.
