Sometimes it’s not the evil in the world that makes me weary (though that is the fermenting cherry on the cake). No, it’s the day-to-day assholery and fuckwittery that really does it. For those with empathy or any kind of sense of justice or fair play, it’s a lifelong, exhausting struggle

Yeah, no. What we have right now is glorified autocorrect. Glorified autocorrect that takes the energy of an entire city to do what it does, plus half of Lake Erie to cool down while it's doing it.

I think modern computer software was a mistake and we should go back to our roots of developing for limited hardware.
The same amount of electricity that could power MS-DOS for a year is now used to ask Copilot how to save a Word document to your local Desktop instead of OneDrive.

I would like to know how to completely disable Microsoft Copilot from my software suite.
No, actually, I would really like to know how I can scrape every ounce of it out and burn it all to ashes.
But, if I can't do that, than at least some way to keep it out of my sight. I don't want it.
